I will split the Buyer Agency commission of 3% with the seller, if the
seller is responsible for finding the buyer.
On a $200,000 home this is a savings of $3,000 of your equity.

No
Up front Listing Fee
at time of signing. Many
sellers are leery of having to pay any fees up front. This is no problem for me.
I am confident your home will sell whether you pay up front or not.
I know that to some an up front fee is not the way to do business and for
those sellers I offer my Platinum Listing Program with no up front fee. 3.

FEE DUE AT CLOSING:
Once
your home closes you will only owe a 2% listing side fee.
No hidden costs or complicated formulas just me working with you to make

Lease Option:
If you decide that you want to lease your home instead of sell or maybe
do a lease purchase with the purchase delayed for 12 months, I will complete all
necessary paperwork for you to start the agreement off for a fee of $1,000.
Once we get to the closing, a fee of 3% will be owed to me as your
listing agent. As is the case for
all closings, I will work with you and the buyer on inspections, coordinating
attorney info, home warranties, & paperwork necessary to complete your
