Listing your home
with Tim you could end up saving over
$6,000 on a $100,000 sale;
$12,000 on
a $200,000 sale;
$18,000 on a $300,000 sale;
$24,000 on a $400,000 Sale
etc..
Here
is how it works:
1.
FEES:
a.
You pay me between $500 to $1,000 at time of listing to place your home in
MLS, upload photo's to Realtor.com and other web sites, and to receive a
lockbox at your home so other realtors can preview your home when you are
gone.
b.
Once your home is sold you will pay at least an additional $500 depending on
the sales price of your home. Your listing and closing fees plus the 3%
Buyers agent fee will always be less than 4% in total fees you the seller
will pay out at closing. On average our sellers pay between 3.5% to
3.75% at closing.

NO OTHER COMPANY I know of comes close to competing with our Fees.
2.
SAVE AN ADDITIONAL 3%:
You can choose to add a 800 # info line to your listing with your phone
number & mine as a POC. If the buyer calls you directly and you end
up showing and selling the home you keep the 3% buyers agency fee on a
$200,000 home you have just saved over $6,000 - No other company in town I
know of will allow you to do this. If you get the buyer you could end
up paying less than 1% in total commissions to sell your home. Makes me
want to SHOUT!!!
THIS
IS A HUGE benefit to you my Seller.
3.
FREE LISTING:
If you list and then purchase another home using me as your agent I will
refund the Listing side of the fees you paid to me at the close of your next
home. That would be the up front $500 to $1,000 and the flat fee you
pay to Real Estate Advocates at closing.
I
will always go out of my way to work with you on price and terms
if
you work with me in the sale and purchase of your next home.
4,
Marketing:
You choose how much marketing you want and where it is marketed. I will
you provide you a list of the best places to market your home along with the
cost of each marketing venture - You decide how much you want to spend, When
you want to spend it, and Where your home is marketed. You the seller
will never have to guess how your home is being marketed you will know from
the start and can always add to your marketing exposure by choosing more
marketing options. Some of the many marketing ventures you can choose
from are: propertyshow.com, realtor.com, midlandshomeshow.com, The
State News Paper, The Real Estate Book, Our 800# service, Full color
Brochures, and Full Color Post Cards. You the seller will be the one
calling the shots.
5.
List with a Professional:
Don't settle for just any agent. If you want to
